What you'll be doing?

Job Accountabilities:

• 👉 Work with Platform Architecture Manager to devise platform augmentation and refactoring plans for architectural components to increase performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• 👉 Execute assigned development and configuration projects with on-time completion
• 👉 Test platform changes thoroughly using techniques such as load simulation, test environments, production pilots, and audit modes.
• 👉 Follow company's best practices and standards for design, coding, and security
• 👉 Identify other opportunities for architectural improvement including but not limited to new technologies, better methods, and innovative approaches.
• 👉 Engage with customers and colleagues in written and spoken communication as needed to support desired goals and outcomes.
• 👉 Create and modify technical documentation for architectural components, following best practices.
• 👉 Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

What we’re looking for?

• 👉 2+ years of programming and implementation
• 👉 2+ years of experience in CS/engineering-related field
• 👉 Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science-related field
• 👉 Deep and broad experience and understanding of foundational systems composing the company’s automation platform.
• 👉 Java programming and software engineering best practices
• 👉 Experienced in performance optimization: Memory, CPU, and Networking efficiency.
• 👉 MySQL query and index optimization
• 👉 MySQL schema creation and key optimization
• 👉 HTML/CSS
• 👉 XML
• 👉 JSON
• 👉 Knowledge of CI/CD and Pipeline development, particularly GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins
• 👉 Knowledge of API integrations, including REST
• 👉 Experience with agentic AI and/or LLM development
• 👉 Experience with Model Context Protocol
• 👉 Experience with Cloud development, including AWS frameworks
