Job Description:

• * Lead Mobile Development by taking charge of the end-to-end mobile app development process, from ideation concept to deployment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
• * Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analyst, Designers, and Developers by in translate business requirements into efficient and scalable React Native code.
• * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
• * Architect and implement new features, enhancements, and optimizations for our mobile applications.
• * Work closely with QA teams to identify and address bugs and issues, ensuring a seamless and bug-free user experience.
• * Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in mobile technologies, incorporating best practices into development processes.
• * Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Requirements:

• * Should have experience with JavaScript and its nuances including ES6 + syntax.
• * Must have experience in Redux.
• * An expert in Context, Redux-Saga.
• * Should have knowledge of JS Animations in React Native.
• * Should have good knowledge of some mostly used javascript libraries.
• * Should have good knowledge of Unit testing from Jest or Enzyme.
• * Should have basic Knowledge of both Android and IOS and knowledge of native code too.
• * Should have good knowledge of CI/CD systems.
• * Should have good knowledge of offline storage like Asyncstorage and databases like SQLite.
• * Should have good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools, developing web services, and familiarity with tools such as Git, and SVN.
• * Should be experienced with writing clean and well-documented code.
• * Comfortable working with React native debugging tools, Chrome inspector etc.
• * Should be familiar with REST APIs for integrations.
• * Should have successfully completed at least 4 projects, preferably in Insurance & Health-related projects.
• * Should have a minimum of 4+ years experience in developing Hybrid Mobile Applications with React Native.
